Longleaf, Master-planned community near Tampa
Crosland is developing neighborhoods 3 & 4 in this community to bring 600 new homes to the area located on SR 54 in Pasco County, Florida. Longleaf is designed to foster a strong community and minimize impact on the environment through pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, recreational amenities, retail, offices and expansive preservation areas.
