Optima Engineering to Join 1927 South Tryon Street

Charlotte, N.C., September 16, 2008 - P & A Realty, LLC has purchased Unit 300 (27,380 s.f.) at 1927 South Tryon Street, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the new offices of Optima Engineering.

Tom O’Brien and Tripp Guin of C.B. Richard Ellis represented the buyer and Mark Newell of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in the above transaction.
